You're the creative director of your celebration. You select the perfect vendors and design elements to match your vision – I'm here to make it all happen seamlessly. At the two-month mark, I swoop in to fine-tune every detail, creating your timeline, floor plan, and taking over vendor communications. On event day, my team and I handle everything behind the scenes so you can fully embrace every moment with your loved ones.

Need a planning jumpstart? This budget-friendly package is perfect if you have a venue coordinator but want expert guidance at the beginning of your journey. We'll kick off with two months of focused planning where I'll help refine your design vision, support you in selecting vendors, and give you access to my planning portal. From there, you can confidently take the reins while your venue coordinator handles the day-of logistics.

On your big day, my team and I handle every little thing - so you can stay fully present. From the floor plan to the detailed timeline, you can rest assured that we’ve got it covered. While you're sipping champagne with loved ones, we're behind the scenes making magic happen: setting up your reception space, coordinating vendor arrivals, and swiftly handling any hiccups that may arise. Whether the forecast is calling for rain or your caterer is running late - you won’t have to worry about a thing.
LET'S PARTY
Once we’re locked in, the fun begins. If possible, we’ll meet up in-person so I can start to really understand what makes you tick as a couple. Whether you're the type who has every Pinterest board organized by color, or you'd rather trust my creative instincts – I'll design a celebration that feels just like you. You get to decide how hands-on you want to be in the process while we build your team of vendors and curate a wedding that speaks your language.
TIME TO START PLANNING
If the vibes are right, let’s lock it in. I’ll send over my contract and have you pay a nonrefundable deposit (50% of total due) to secure your date in my books.

I know - deep breaths! But hey, this is me being totally transparent about what it takes to bring those dreamy details to life.
